Refund & Booking Policy
Effective Date: March 12, 2026
BB2A Ventures, LLC d/b/a Best of Black 2A
This Refund & Booking Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and transactions are handled on the Best of Black 2A platform. By booking a service, purchasing a product, or accessing any membership or digital content, you agree to the terms below. If you are a Vendor, your participation is also governed by the Vendor Agreement, which controls Vendor-specific payout timing, payout eligibility, refund recovery, offset, reversal, and related payment terms.
Best of Black 2A operates as a neutral marketplace and does not act as the seller of record for Vendor-provided goods or services.
1. Marketplace Structure
Best of Black 2A connects Members, Guests, and Vendors. Vendors—including firearm instructors, gun clubs, ranges, stores, manufacturers, and other professionals—create and manage their listings, schedules, pricing, and fulfillment.
Best of Black 2A is not a party to Vendor transactions and does not guarantee Vendor performance, delivery, availability, quality, or compliance.
Vendor policies govern all Vendor-provided services and physical product sales.
2. Vendor-Provided Services
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for Vendor services—including training, classes, range sessions, events, workshops, and certifications—are determined solely by the Vendor.
If a Vendor does not publish a policy, the service is considered non-refundable.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, and customer scheduling conflicts are non-refundable. Early or improper check-in, including ticket validation conducted before the scheduled start time, does not constitute attendance and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
If a Vendor cancels, refund or rescheduling arrangements must be made with that Vendor directly. Booking cancellations remove the reservation but do not automatically reverse payment transactions. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation of a booking and reversal of a payment are separate actions that may occur on different timelines or not at all, depending on the Vendor’s policy and the payment processor’s rules.
Best of Black 2A is not responsible for Vendor cancellations, no-shows, or disputes involving service delivery.
2.1 Attendance and Ticket Usage
Attendance for Vendor-provided services is confirmed when a valid ticket or booking is checked in or marked as used at the time of validation.
Tickets may only be scanned or validated at or after the scheduled start time of the applicable session. Tickets scanned prior to the scheduled start time may be marked as used and may not be eligible for revalidation, refund, or replacement.
Best of Black 2A does not guarantee correction of attendance records resulting from early ticket scanning, timing errors, or check-in conducted outside the intended session window.
Disputes related to attendance, check-in timing, or ticket usage are governed by the Vendor’s stated refund and cancellation policy. If no such policy is published, the booking is considered non-refundable.
2.2 Booking Cancellation and Seat Availability
Cancelling a booking removes the reservation for the scheduled service and releases the seat or time slot back into availability on the Vendor’s listing.
Cancellation of a booking does not automatically issue a refund. Refund approval, processing, and settlement timing may differ from booking cancellation timing. A booking may be cancelled in the platform while the related payment remains processed, pending, transferred, scheduled for payout, or otherwise reflected in payment-processor systems. Refund timing depends on the Vendor’s stated policy, processor rules, and the status of the original transaction.
Payments are processed separately through the platform’s payment processor. If a refund is permitted under the Vendor’s stated cancellation policy, the Vendor must initiate the refund through the payment system used for the transaction.
Because availability and payments are handled by separate systems, a booking may be cancelled while the associated payment record remains unchanged until a refund is approved and processed.
Customers should review the Vendor’s cancellation policy prior to booking. If no cancellation policy is published, the booking is considered non-refundable.
3. Best of Black 2A Digital Products and Memberships
Best of Black 2A may offer digital materials, online courses, intelligence products, and membership programs.
Digital Products
All digital product sales—including downloads, e-books, guides, and online content—are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Memberships
Membership access, including Lineageship™ or Chamber memberships, begins immediately upon purchase.
Because membership unlocks digital systems and non-returnable benefits:
• All membership fees are non-refundable
• Billing periods already processed cannot be reversed
• Cancellations apply to future billing only
Accounts suspended for policy violations will not receive refunds.
4. Physical Products Sold by Vendors
Vendors may sell certain lawful physical products on Best of Black 2A.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are fully responsible for:
• Product accuracy
• Inventory management
• Packaging and shipping
• Delivery and tracking
• Product quality
• Customer service
• Refunds and returns
If a Vendor does not list a refund policy, the sale is considered final unless the Vendor states otherwise.
Best of Black 2A does not manage Vendor shipments, accept returns, or issue refunds on behalf of Vendors.
5. Prohibited Products
To comply with federal and state law, industry regulations, and payment-processor requirements, the following items may not be sold on Best of Black 2A:
• Firearms
• Ammunition
• Suppressors or silencers
• Ghost gun kits, unserialized frames, or 80% receivers
• High-capacity magazines restricted by state law
• Explosives or hazardous items
• Any item requiring a federal background check or FFL transfer
• Any product prohibited under state or federal regulation
Listings that violate these rules will be removed. Vendors who violate these restrictions may lose access to the platform.
6. Shipping Responsibilities
Best of Black 2A does not ship Vendor products.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
• Carrier selection
• Cost of shipping
• Delivery timelines
• Tracking and proof of delivery
• Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
• Shipping compliance under state and federal law
Shipping disputes must be resolved directly with the Vendor.
Best of Black 2A is not liable for shipping delays, carrier errors, or non-delivery.
7. Payment Processing, Refund Timing, and Payouts
Payments for Vendor-provided goods and services are processed through authorized third-party payment processors.
Vendors must:
• Complete required identity and tax verification
• Comply with legal obligations governing their products and services
• Set their own refund, return, and cancellation policies
• Serve as the merchant of record for all Vendor-provided goods and services, except where applicable processor structures require otherwise under platform payment arrangements
Best of Black 2A does not override Vendor refund decisions.
Refund timing, reversal timing, and settlement timing may vary based on the Vendor’s policy, the original payment method, processor requirements, fraud review, dispute status, transfer status, payout status, banking rails, and other operational factors. Best of Black 2A does not guarantee that a refund will be approved, processed, settled, or reflected on a customer’s account by any specific date unless required by law.
Vendor payout timing is governed separately by processor rules, connected account configuration, and the Vendor Agreement. A Vendor payout, transfer, or scheduled payout status does not by itself create, expand, or limit a customer’s refund rights.
Improper chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting the Vendor or Best of Black 2A may result in account limitations.
8. Platform Fees
Any platform or processing fees charged by Best of Black 2A are non-refundable unless required by law.
Optional fees related to accelerated Vendor payout features, where offered, are governed by the Vendor Agreement, Vendor dashboard disclosures, and applicable payment-processor terms, and are not customer refund items.
This keeps Instant Payouts out of the main body of the customer refund policy while still preventing confusion.
9. System Errors
If a transaction fails due solely to a verified platform error, Best of Black 2A may issue a refund or reprocess the transaction without additional cost.
This applies only to purchases processed directly by Best of Black 2A, not to Vendor bookings or Vendor product sales.
Timing-related issues resulting from early ticket scanning, host error, or user presentation of a ticket outside the intended check-in window do not constitute a platform error.
Delays, holds, reserves, payout scheduling, or refund-processing timelines imposed by a payment processor do not, by themselves, constitute a verified platform error.
10. Assistance
If you need help determining whether your refund request should be directed to a Vendor or to Best of Black 2A, contact us. Best of Black 2A may assist in directing a refund inquiry to the appropriate Vendor or payment channel, but BB2A does not guarantee a refund outcome for Vendor-provided services or goods.
