Marketplace Product Policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2026
BB2A Ventures, LLC d/b/a Best of Black 2A

This Marketplace Product Policy governs the sale of physical and digital goods offered by Vendors on Best of Black 2A. By listing, purchasing, or interacting with products sold through the marketplace, you agree to the terms below.

If you participate as a Vendor, your use of the marketplace is also governed by the Vendor Agreement, which controls Vendor-specific payout timing, payout eligibility, fee, offset, reversal, and related payment terms.

This policy applies to all Vendors, Members, and Guests who use the Best of Black 2A marketplace.

Best of Black 2A operates as a neutral venue and does not act as the seller of record for Vendor-provided products.

This policy applies only to physical products sold through the marketplace and does not govern Vendor-provided services, bookings, courses, events, or other time-based offerings, which are governed by the Refund & Booking Policy and Vendor Agreement.

1. Marketplace Structure

Best of Black 2A provides a platform where Vendors—including firearm instructors, gun clubs, ranges, stores, manufacturers, and related professionals—may list lawful products for sale.

Each Vendor operates an independent storefront.

Customer payment processing, transfer of funds, and Vendor payout timing may occur on different schedules and are governed by the applicable payment processor, connected account configuration, and the Vendor Agreement.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Product accuracy and representation
• Customer service
• Order fulfillment
• Shipping and delivery
• Return and refund policies
• Tax collection and reporting, where required

Best of Black 2A does not create, inspect, endorse, or guarantee any Vendor product.

2. Prohibited Products

To comply with federal law, state regulations, industry standards, and payment-processor restrictions, the following products may not be sold on Best of Black 2A:

• Firearms of any type
• Ammunition
• Silencers or suppressors
• High-capacity magazines restricted by state law
• Ghost gun kits, 80% receivers, frames, or unserialized components
• Explosives, hazardous materials, or regulated chemicals
• Body armor prohibited by state law
• NFA-regulated items
• Any product requiring a federal background check or FFL transfer
• Weapons, accessories, tools, or components prohibited under Stripe’s Restricted Business List
• Counterfeit goods or misrepresented products
• Any item illegal under state, local, or federal law

Vendors are responsible for staying current with all legal requirements.

Listings that violate these rules will be removed.
Vendors who repeatedly violate prohibited-item rules may lose marketplace access.

3. Permitted Products

Vendors may sell lawful, non-regulated items such as:

• Training gear and accessories that are legal to sell without a background check
• Apparel, merchandise, and branded goods
• Books, guides, and educational materials
• Digital downloads and digital products
• Non-regulated safety gear

All product descriptions must be accurate, complete, and truthful.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

• Maintain accurate product listings

• Provide customer service to buyers
• Ensure timely order fulfillment
• Replace, refund, or resolve issues relating to damaged or missing items
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws

Vendors are the merchant of record for their own products.  Vendors are also responsible for maintaining accurate payout, tax, identity, and account information required by the applicable payment processor.

Best of Black 2A is not liable for Vendor performance, communication, delays, or errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Best of Black 2A does not ship Vendor products.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Packaging
• Carrier selection
• Delivery timelines
• Tracking information
• Shipping cost calculation
• Lost, damaged, or misdelivered items
• Shipping compliance with all laws
• Using carriers authorized to ship the product type

Buyers must contact the Vendor directly for:

• Shipping questions
• Delivery status
• Returns or replacements
• Damage claims
• Lost or delayed shipments

Best of Black 2A is not responsible for shipping disputes.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Vendor return policies govern all product purchases.

If a Vendor does not provide a policy, the sale is considered final unless the Vendor states otherwise.

All refund requests, product disputes, or warranty issues must be directed to the Vendor.

Approval of a refund, exchange, or return does not automatically reverse, claw back, or alter any Vendor payout, transfer status, or processor settlement timeline. Refund timing, reversal timing, and settlement timing may vary based on the Vendor’s stated policy, the payment method used, processor rules, banking rails, dispute status, transfer status, and other operational factors.

If a customer payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back after funds have been transferred or scheduled for payout to the Vendor, Best of Black 2A may recover the applicable amount from the Vendor through transfer reversal where available, offset against future payouts, withholding of current or future payouts, or other lawful recovery methods permitted by the applicable payment processor and the Vendor Agreement.

Best of Black 2A does not:

• Accept returned merchandise
• Issue refunds for Vendor products
• Replace products sold by Vendors
• Mediate disputes between Vendors and buyers, except at our discretion

Improper chargebacks may result in account limitation or removal from the marketplace.

7. Pricing, Taxes Payment Processing & Fees

Vendors control their own product pricing.

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes when required.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the total cost before purchasing.

Payments for Vendor products may be processed through Stripe, Stripe Connect, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Payments, or other authorized third-party processors. Best of Black 2A does not store full payment credentials and does not guarantee payment approval, payment timing, refund timing, settlement timing, transfer timing, or payout timing for Vendor product transactions.

Platform fees charged by Best of Black 2A are non-refundable unless required by law.

Optional fees related to accelerated Vendor payout features, where offered, are governed by the Vendor Agreement, Vendor dashboard disclosures, payout interface disclosures, and applicable payment-processor terms, and are not customer refund items.

8. Marketplace Enforcement

Best of Black 2A may take corrective action—including listing removal, account suspension, or permanent removal—if a Vendor:

• Violates prohibited-item rules
• Causes repeated refund losses, chargebacks, payout reversals, or processor-related risk to the platform
• Repeatedly fails to fulfill orders
• Misrepresents products
• Fails to comply with legal requirements
• Engages in fraud or unsafe activity
• Violates payment-processor rules
• Harms the integrity of the marketplace

Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Best of Black 2A.

9. Disclaimers

Best of Black 2A does not guarantee:

• Product quality
• Vendor reliability
• Delivery timelines
• Availability of inventory
• Accuracy of product listings
• Compliance of Vendor items with law
• payment approval, refund timing, settlement timing, transfer timing, payout timing, or payout availability for Vendor product transactions

Buyers and Vendors interact at their own discretion.
