We are not a firearms dealer, broker, intermediary, or agent in any transaction.

• does not initiate a transfer
• does not create a transaction
• does not guarantee acceptance by any FFL dealer

All firearm transfers are conducted directly between the buyer and the receiving FFL dealer.

Purpose of the Inquiry Form

The transfer inquiry form is provided as a communication tool only.

When you submit a request:

• your information is sent to the selected FFL dealer
• the dealer may choose to respond, request additional information, or decline
• all next steps occur off-platform, directly with the dealer

Best of Black 2A does not participate in or control any communication beyond the initial submission.

Dealer Discretion and Approval

All FFL dealers listed on this platform operate independently.

Each dealer:

• determines whether to accept or decline a transfer
• sets their own policies, requirements, and procedures
• establishes their own fees and timelines

Submission of an inquiry does not obligate any dealer to proceed.

Legal Compliance Responsibility

All firearm transfers must comply with applicable:

• state laws
• local regulations

The receiving FFL dealer is responsible for:

• identity verification
• eligibility determination
• required background checks (where applicable)
• ensuring lawful completion of the transfer

You are responsible for:

Fees and Costs

Best of Black 2A does not set or collect transfer fees.

Any fees associated with a firearm transfer are:

• determined solely by the receiving FFL dealer
• communicated directly to you by that dealer

• accurate
• complete
• provided in good faith

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in:

• denial of service by the dealer
• refusal to complete the transfer

Verification and Listings

Best of Black 2A may collect business information from dealers, including licensing details, for listing purposes.

• we do not guarantee the current validity of any license
• we do not certify or endorse any dealer

Users are encouraged to independently verify dealer credentials when necessary.

No Liability for Transactions

• communication between users and dealers

• fees, policies, or actions of any listed dealer

All transactions occur solely between you and the FFL dealer.
